Kaizen Gaming among Fortune’s 100 best companies to work for

Greece-based GameTech company Kaizen Gaming has officially earned a place as one of the ‘Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For in Europe.’ This marks the company’s second year running and third overall to be awarded this honour.?

Great Place to Work has partnered with Fortune Europe this year to showcase the top 100 large and multinational companies for the first time. The partnership recognises companies for creating positive work environments and outstanding company culture. 

The inclusion is a distinction as it is based on Kaizen Gaming’s over 2,700 employees’ scores and certifications based on their feedback and independent analysis.?

The recent recognition is the second certification in a year as the company has also been identified as a ‘Great Place to Work’ in Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, the Czech Republic and Canada.

The organisation’s survey’s key indicators to a good workplace include key behaviours like trust in management, connection with colleagues, and loyalty to the company. The proprietary Trust Index survey also takes into account employee’s feedback on leadership accessibility, honest communication, training and benefits, support for their well-being and if they are proud of their work and feel it is meaningful.
