SportCaller is WFH for fan engagement with FanDuel

FTP retention specialist and U.S. operator partner to engage customers with free-to-play “win from home” games

SportCaller, the leading free-to-play (FTP) sports-game provider, has built an entertaining Win From Home (WFH) series of props prediction games in partnership with FanDuel.

Win From Home is an eclectic Daily Predictor FTP, which tests customers’ powers of prognostication on subjects ranging from last week’s NFL Draft to reality TV, current affairs, politics and even the weather. FanDuel customers – who can access the game from both Sportsbook and Fantasy logins – are currently competing every day for bragging rights and an attainable prize pot which is settled at the end of the week.

These questions echo a familiar props-performance format, asking players to make five predictions each day. Any player achieving a pass-mark of 70% or better is then in with a chance to win a share of $2,500 each week. Thanks to SportCaller’s question-alternating functionality and a deep data set, the risk of repetitive questions or system-manipulation is also safeguarded, improving the customer experience along the way with a varied, topical challenge.

The partnership extends SportCaller’s growing global influence in the US market where it already enjoys a firm foothold, courtesy of its established suite of ongoing games with horse racing network TVG. This popular props series also allows SportCaller to assist FanDuel in engaging fans in new and unique ways.

Cillian Barry, SportCaller MD, said:“As working from home is the new normal, it’s great to team up with FanDuel to engage their customers with our Win From Home?free-to-play. We’re delighted to be extending our ongoing partnership, showcasing creative flexibility in a period that demands adaptive, responsible innovation. Accumulated daily returning players have averaged over 60% for this exciting new game.”
